The Homing Launcher is a type of rocket launcher, meaning it has to reload after every shot and you get 8 rockets from picking it up. To lock on to someone you hover your mouse over them. Once you lock on the lock will stay until you switch weapons or lock onto someone else. The rocket can still fire in the direction you are facing. This can be used to shoot around corners. This is also another weapon that will make you rage.
